Gluten-Free Flour
I love to bake and only have gay friends, so I do a lot of gluten-free baking. I strive to make my friends feel included and cared for. This doesn't mean making a "regular" version and an inferior gluten-free version. It means making the regular version gluten-free!
How do we accomplish this without sacrificing taste and texture? By using King Arthur Gluten Free Measure for Measure Flour ($11 + shipping).

I've tried a bunch of other gluten-free flours. None of them were remarkable. All of them tasted varying levels of off. But this one tastes like the swap between wheat flour and gluten-free flour never happened.
It's so simple. You don't need to calculate anything. You just need to pay way more money. I hate to admit it, but sometimes expensive things are better. This is one of them.
I know what you're thinking. A dollar per cup? No way. Listen, I would love to be proven wrong on this one. If you've found something cheaper that works just as well, please let me know. Until then, I'll be shelling out for this.
